When: 6:00pm until 11:00pm

Transport: VHHS has booked a bus to assist with transport to and from the venue. The bus leaves VHHS at 4:30pm and will return at approximately 12:45am.

School staff provide a ‘duty of care’ for all students, between the hours of 6:00pm until 11:30 pm. After 11:30 pm the students will not be supervised by staff.

We wish to inform you that if a student has decided to stay in the city area, after 11:30 pm, they are not the responsibility of the school, nor staff.

Unacceptable behavior, including use of drugs and/or alcohol will result in the student being removed from the venue and being transported home at their own expense.
